Booking Policies & General Information

Welcome to Exotic Chauffeur Toronto. To ensure a smooth and luxury experience, please take a moment to review our policies before booking your ride.


🚘 Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation by email or text once your ride is secured.
  • For last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to accommodate.

💳 Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and prepaid invoices.
  • Some bookings may require a deposit.
  • Full payment is due before or at the time of service.

⏰ Waiting Time & Delays

  • We offer a 15-minute complimentary grace period for standard pickups.
  • Extra time will be billed at standard hourly rates.
  • Flight delays are monitored and adjusted for free.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of booking total charged.
  • No-shows: Full fare will be charged.

🚫 Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • Any damage to the vehicle will be billed to the client.
  • Excessive mess (e.g. stains, spills, smoking) may result in a cleaning fee.

📍 Service Area

  • Based in Toronto, we serve the GTA and surrounding areas.
  • Out-of-town and long-distance trips are available—contact us for a custom quote.

  • All drivers are trained professionals, licensed and insured.
  • Our team is punctual, respectful, and dressed to impress.

  • Your trip details are private and confidential.
  • We do not sell or share any client information.
